You can find a million "How to get started with your blog" websites out there. And many are worth reading - if you plan on making blogging a part time job or career. But for the nuts and bolts, the Help pages for Blogger are a fine place to start.

Getting Started
So, we have this blogging assignment...how do you get started on this adventure? Blogger is the tool we are using and think of it as your house foundation and frame. It's your job to complete the build-up and make it your own space.
